We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so please review our return policy before making a purchase.

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized merchandise

  • Stickers and decals

  • Can coolers and drinkware

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

WRONG SIZE OR CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We understand that ordering clothing online can be tricky!

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We do our best to ensure every order leaves us in great condition!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

If we made a mistake, we'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please contact us about returning your eligible item and placing a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

Feral Momma Racing is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Please contact us before sending any merchandise back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact Feral Momma Racing through our website's Contact page.

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is reviewed, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
