Whether you're ordering something to wear at the mud park or just want to show off your feral side, we appreciate your support!

📦 ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3–14 business days for order processing before shipment.

Feral Momma Racing is a small business operated alongside our racing and event schedule. We personally prepare and package orders, and processing times may vary depending on inventory, order volume, and scheduled events.

Please keep in mind:

  • Processing times are 3–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • Orders may ship sooner than the estimated processing window.

  • If an unexpected delay extends beyond 14 business days, we will contact you with an update and available options.

Feral Momma Racing primarily ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Available shipping methods may include USPS Ground Advantage and other services displayed at checkout.

Shipping options depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

🎉 FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ELIGIBLE ORDERS OF $75 OR MORE!

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Orders below $75 will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout.

📬 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

USPS Ground Advantage generally delivers within 2–5 business days after USPS accepts the package.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated total delivery time:

  • Order processing: 3–14 business days

  • USPS transit: Approximately 2–5 business days

  • Total estimated timeframe: Approximately 5–19 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances.

📍 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Available shipping destinations and methods will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping is not currently offered.

🏠 SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

📦 LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and assist with the next steps, including contacting USPS when appropriate.

Packages marked as delivered but not received may require additional investigation.

Missing-package concerns will be reviewed individually, consistent with applicable law.

💔 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, if possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when available.

We'll review the issue and work with you to make things right.

🔄 RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, we will contact you regarding available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is necessary due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Feral Momma Racing is more than a merchandise brand. We're actively involved in the off-road and racing community!

We frequently attend races, mud events, and other off-road gatherings.

Because of these commitments, our processing window is 3–14 business days.

We work hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience when we're away attending events.
